From dd368d21e7e08c52f00f61dbaed927f58194ef93 Mon Sep 17 00:00:00 2001 From: Michael Freno Date: Mon, 2 Nov 2026 15:34:18 -0500 Subject: [PATCH] smarter-remote: publish the app's privacy policy and terms of use A Smarter Remote's iOS paywall sells an auto-renewing subscription, and App Review 3.1.2 requires it to link a privacy policy and terms of use. No such pages existed. They now live on the main site at /smarter-remote/privacy and /smarter-remote/terms, so no new subdomain or DNS change is needed. The policy describes what the app actually does: local-network control, pairing data kept on the phone, purchases through Apple and RevenueCat, and QR sharing phone to phone. Tests: bun test shows the same 52 pre-existing failures with and without the pages; tsc reports nothing in the new files.
