- Create placeholder files:
  - `src/index.tsx` (main entry)
  - `src/App.tsx` (app shell)
  - `src/main.ts` (Bun entry)
- Install dependencies:
  - Core: `@opentui/solid`, `@opentui/core`, `solid-js`
  - State: `zustand`
  - Testing: `@opentui/testing`
  - Utilities: `date-fns`, `uuid`
