test(scratch): leak-hunt probes for cava, render loop, decode stream

One-off diagnostics behind the FFTW leak fix: init/destroy x50 RSS
bound, Mach VM region walker, render-churn region growth, ffmpeg
decode-stream region/rss sampling.
