**@Moderator** - Community manager (if hired)

- Cannot manage roles/channels

**@BetaTester** - All beta users
- Access to all beta channels
- Can post, react, vote

**@VIP** - Influencers, advocates
- Special role color
- Early access to features

1. **User joins Discord** → Auto-assign @BetaTester role

3. **First post** → Introduce in #general
4. **First survey** → Sent via email Friday

## Moderation Guidelines

**Delete + Warn:**
- Spam, self-promotion
- Harassment, discrimination
- NSFW content

**Timeout (24 hours):**
- Repeated rule violations
- Aggressive behavior

**Ban:**
- Severe harassment

- Malicious spam
